# How to use The Nest

### Follow these simple steps to start staking **$gCROC** in **The Nest** and earn **$CROC** rewards:

1. **Navigate to The Nest** \
   Visit the [Nest page](https://crocodile.finance/nest) on Crocodile Finance to access the staking interface.
2. Connect your Wallet
3. **Stake your $gCROC**
   * Enter the amount of **$gCROC** you want to stake.
   * Click **"Stake"** and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
   * Your **$gCROC** will be locked for **4 epochs** (\~24 hours) after staking.
4. **Claiming Rewards**
   * Rewards in **$CROC** can be claimed after **2 epochs**.
   * When you claim **$CROC**, your staked **$gCROC** will be locked for **4 epochs again**.
5. **Withdraw Your $gCROC**
   * Navigate to the **Withdraw** tab if you wish to remove your **$gCROC**.
   * You can also '**claim & withdraw' your $CROC** rewards and **unstake $gCROC** simultaneously.
   * Confirm the withdrawal transaction in your wallet.
