# How to use the Swamps

The **Swamps** is where you can deposit your liquidity pool (LPs) tokens to earn **$gCROC** rewards. Follow the steps below to start farming and growing your stake in Crocodile Finance

To participate in the Forest, you’ll need to create an LP token by pairing **$CROC** or **$gCROC** with **$AVAX**.

1. Visit [The Swamps](https://crocodile.finance/swamps) on Crocodile Finance
2. Select the desired Farm
3. Zap into the desired LP
4. (Approve &) Stake your LP on The Swamps

To deposit non-native assets you should:

1. Visit [Pharaoh Exchange Liquidity page](https://pharaoh.exchange/liquidity/v1/add) or [Blackhole's](https://www.blackhole.xyz/pools) based on the tag seen on the Swamps (image below).
2. Select the desired LP and pair both assets
3. Visit The Swamps on Crocodile Finance and (Approve &) Stake your LP
