# Dynamic Nest Emissions (DNE)

The Dynamic Nest Expansion ensures that $CROC emissions are flexible and adapt to the protocol's health. By monitoring the Peg Stability Module (PSM), treasury reserves & revenue; the expansion rate is dynamically adjusted to maintain peg stability and sustainability.
